Best escape rooms & best staff ever, at both Improbable Escape locations. Have done all of them except one, and we will be sad when we run out of rooms to do here!...I live in Toronto but I always look forward to visiting Kingston because they are just unmatched in production quality and immersion - it is very apparent that the creators and employees love what they do.

Love this place. They provide an all round well executed experience with authentic themed rooms, great staff interactions, and rooms that challenge and delight every time. Having tried most of their room challenges, I can say that each one is well thought out, the props are great and interactive, and they provide just the right amount of challenge...hard but not impossible.

Production quality is unsurpassed. Brilliant escape rooms that are a ton of fun. Absolutely recommended for couples, families and friends.
